The D’Amelio family is entering the business of selling shoes. The famous sisters of TikTok Charli and Dixie along with the parents Marc and Heidi revealed their own company, D’Amelio Brands, back in September 2022.

The mission of the company, which has received an amount of $6 million from investors so far “finding ideas, concepts and products that we’re passionate about and basically incubating them–and start to create things that we own with our investors 100%,” Marc stated in the course of the Variety‘s entertainment summit during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

One of the first concepts to emerge from D’Amelio Brands is a footwear line that will launch this May, he said.

Marc also revealed that the line’s designer will be Lauren DiCicco who was previously a designer for Jessica Simpson’s company, the Jessica Simpson Shoes. Her LinkedIn profile states that she has joined D’Amelio Brands in August 2022.

The D’Amelios have announced that they will continue engaging in content sponsorships with other organizations, which isn’t shocking, considering that they’ve got a long list of long brand partners, including significant partnership in partnership with Dunkin’ and Hollister. The purpose behind their footwear line, as well as the other businesses that fall that fall under the D’Amelio Brands umbrella is to “create businesses that will work,” Marc declared onstage.
