Drojob Reviews

Drojob claims that you can make extra money by doing simple tasks that don’t require any skill. Over the years, I’ve tested hundreds of websites that offer the same thing. I know that you shouldn’t just believe what they say. To test Drojob and see if it actually does what it says, I tried it.

If you read the Drojob review, then you’ll know what to expect and whether it is legit or a scam.

This review will reveal the truth about the site. Let me tell you, there are some very important details that you should know.

Let’s take a closer look.

What is Drojob and what do they offer?

Drojob is technically a Get Paid-To (GPT), site that rewards you for simple tasks. As I mentioned earlier, there are a few things you should know about this website.

The first thing to learn is how they earn their money. This will give you an idea of the time and effort required to earn money from this site.

This video explains exactly what Drojob does. The video also has all the details.

Option 1 – Watching videos

Watching videos is the best way to earn rewards from Drojob. Log in to your member dashboard and click on the “Start Work” option. To watch the video, click on the Watch button.

Six random YouTube videos are available every day. They usually last 30 seconds. You will see something very similar to the image above when you click to watch. You will see a countdown below the video as you watch a video. To claim the $0.18 reward, click on the claim button once the timer reaches 0. This is a generous reward.

I have never seen a website pay this much for just watching a YouTube video. Later I’ll explain how Drojob is able to afford this.

The first thing you should know about Drojob is that it is extremely spammy. Each time you click on a dashboard item, a popup browser tab will open that displays an ad. The pop-up browser tab will be blocked if you have good anti-virus software installed. You will receive an email from your antivirus confirming that the threat has been blocked.

These pop-up ads may contain harmful content. This big red flag is for me. This is a red flag for me. I get worried when a website triggers my antivirus software and tend to avoid the site.

You should also know that badges can be earned by doing this every single day. After you have earned enough badges you will be eligible to unlock other earning opportunities on the site.

For me, this was another reason to be concerned. I will later detail all red flags that I saw while testing the site. Let’s not get into too much detail about the potential rewards.

Option 2 – Tasks

The site claims that you can earn money by doing simple tasks. The site does not tell you that you must earn enough badges to be able to work on the tasks it refers to.

As you can see, once you have earned 150 badges, you can rate products and earn more rewards. You can complete survey tasks if you have 300 badges. You can earn 500 badges to validate captcha tasks. For perspective, 72 badges will be awarded after you have watched the six videos.

It may take several days to complete the first task, and several days to unlock the rest. It will take patience from your part. Personally, I have never been able to unlock all of the tasks. Later, I will share my reasons.

Option 3 – Referral program

Drojob, like most GPT sites has a referral program that allows you to earn rewards.

Referral programs are an opportunity to earn money by promoting the app/site.

Drojob’s example is that you can earn rewards by inviting others to join the site through your referral link.

You will be rewarded $1 for referring them to the site and registering as members. As a reward, your referral will receive a $10 joining bonus. Referral rewards are easy. You will normally need to meet additional requirements when you refer others to GPT sites.

Although this sounds like a great thing, Drojob has a reason for being generous with its rewards. I’ll discuss it later. Let me say for now that Drojob’s referral program sounds extremely lucrative, but I would not invite others to join Drojob.

You will learn why in the next section.

How can you make money?

Drojob promises that all of the opportunities to earn money will pay you a certain amount. If you don’t know, I keep repeating “supposedly” because you will never get your earnings from this site.

So you can understand the process, let me tell you.

Drojob accepts PayPal as a payment method, as you can see from the above photo. The main problem with this site is the $100 payout threshold. In all the years I have been testing reward apps and sites, I have never seen a site with a high payout threshold.

Drojob is no exception. Even if you reach the threshold, Drojob will still require you to meet additional requirements to withdraw your earnings. It will usually ask you to invite certain people to join the site.

If you do not meet that threshold, the site will ask you for additional information or charge you a fee to withdraw your earnings. This is something I strongly recommend you avoid. This is not surprising, as almost all sites with a high payout threshold have done the same thing.

No, you won’t be paid. This site will not pay you any earnings. Some members claim that if your earnings are not at the threshold, they will ban you from this site.

If you’re looking for sites that actually pay, I recommend checking out the top sites that accept PayPalinstead.

You need to be aware red flags

You can see that Drojob has some red flags. Let me tell you about each red flag that I saw so that you can understand why it is a flag.

This will help you identify similar things on other websites and apps that you come across in the future.

Red flag #1: Pop-up advertisements trigger your anti-virus program

As we mentioned, if pop-up advertisements on a website trigger your antivirus software, it is likely that the site contains potentially harmful elements.

Most often, the ad contains malware or adware which will slow down your computer and steal your private data.

This is why I avoid websites that activate my anti-virus software. Even if the site promises you will make good money, I don’t want my computer to be infected with a virus. As the old saying goes, it’s safer to be safe than sorry.

Red flag #2 – Ridiculously high payout threshold

A payout threshold that is extremely high almost means you will not receive your earnings. Even though Drojob is only making a few cents per hour, reaching the threshold will take quite a while.

When a payout threshold is very high, the most common scenario is that the member loses interest and stops using the site. The site still earns from the activity of the member while they are active on the site.

The second scenario is the one I will be discussing.

Red flag #3 – Additional conditions to withdraw earnings

Drojob may impose additional conditions if you exceed the payout threshold. Most of the time, you will need to invite a certain number of people to the site.

I have seen nothing positive in all the years I have spent testing rewards apps and sites online. A site that is truly committed to paying its members will not hide any information, even when it comes down to cashing out.

All requirements are transparent. If a site or app makes additional requirements when you attempt to cash out, it is only to stop you cashing out.

They will add another requirement if you fail to meet this requirement.

Red flag #4 – Very generous rewards

You will be paid $0.18 for each video you view, as I mentioned previously. This is a remarkable amount when compared to legitimate sites that pay you to see videos.

This site was a mystery to me. This is how quickly I realized that Drojob was not right.

You can see that you are usually only earning $0.01 per video when you watch them on legitimate sites. It will usually be lower than that. You should be skeptical about how a site can afford to pay significantly more than the market rate.

The answer is clear. They won’t pay you anything. They are trying to keep you glued to the site, so you continue to watch videos and earn more. This is a subtle warning sign and requires years of experience.

Remember that online reward apps and sites will always pay you a proportion of the effort and time it took to complete the task. You will not usually get paid much if a task is easy.

Legit websites will pay only a few cents per video that you view, especially if you are watching videos.

Final Verdict

Drojob claims that you can earn money by doing simple tasks. There are some things you should know about Drojob, as we have already explained.

Let me conclude this review by giving you a summary of the pros and cons of the site. This will give you a clear overview of what it has to offer. Afterward, you’ll see why I don’t recommend it.

If you aren’t sure, Drojob is not the right place for you. Even if you reach the ridiculously high payout threshold, you will not be able withdraw your earnings from Drojob.

Your computer will be at risk if you work on this site. The ads may contain harmful elements that your antivirus software might not detect. It is better to join other GPT sites that actually pay.

For a complete list, I recommend checking out the top survey or GPT sites in your region. All of the sites in this list have high earning potential and you can withdraw your earnings easily.
