Understanding the Mental Health Journey

For the very first time, that I am sharing my personal journey with mental health. I hope that this article can help anyone who is who feels lonely or misunderstood all the way.

In the first place it is that mental health is described as a process or path to healing from a mental disorder or managing the effects of mental illness by learning positive coping strategies and changing behavior as time passes.

Okay, with this little information let’s look at what disorders are typical including insomnia, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, etc.

To my original story, which is that I was in the perfect setting to go through the everyday routine of attempting to provide the best for my team. It is important to know how you arrive at the point at which you are. It is due to past trauma and pressures in the present like trying to find out how to land an employment, low company turnover, anxiety, etc.

For a considerable period I was a person of being a great steward for the people around me and being the firstborn of our family exemplifies this. As I began to experience anxiety due to the pressures of daily life, I’d often think on what would I need to do to earn the next paycheck, job or client.

It’s normal to think about what and how to do, but there’s an degree to which this isn’t. be. I was snoring in a state of anxiety. My heart would race so quickly at night, and I fell asleep, I would awake in a state of panic over the next step that I couldn’t even identify. It happened frequently and I was worried at this point, one tends to slip to other ways of controlling. But, here’s the truth: you should try an approach to meditation or therapy that helps ease people from experiencing such thoughts, which tend to be unsure of future events.

The toughest battle you could face is the one you and. I was always fighting in my own head and thought often about doing the most for my family and general life. I was too busy worrying about myself.

It is more difficult to heal when financial conditions were extremely tight.

Here’s a brief explanation of what’s going on in the moment!

Usually, people fight with oneself. There is a lot of questioning and doubt, trying to find the solution to each fight but the worst part is the past traumatic events that can result in a different behaviours from what is normal.

In a world of your own that is always thinking about something that is far from society’s norms or the real world. It is now clear to me what it is like to see someone walking around in a manner that we consider to be a crazy person. It’s a fact and people today try to cover it up using different methods but in actual it would require an enduring solution.

Insomnia is then a factor and all of these issues occur at night, and my sleep hours are likely to be shortened or tilted, which can also reduce my rest time. As men, it’s quite different. We are more in the dark about what we are experiencing and women. As fathers, I must to be a strong advocate to protect my children. Additionally, I must know the state of each person emotional and mentally, and offering the most effective care. Yet, here I am sinking into a deep silence.

Quick Moving Forward…

The most significant part of the healing process comes when you decide to focus on yourself internally and not rely on any external help system.

Being lonely is always a devastating feeling but in this particular phase I will be honest and say that it’s a really and, again, extremely uncomfortable time. You will feel abandoned, betrayed or abandoned, even as if people who ought to know that you’re not even close to them. All of these emotional challenges are intended to help you in your healing process . And only when you can see yourself from the inside and apply this idea of creating the best version you can for those around you is that you are on the right path.

The same is true for relationships Sometimes it takes some time of discomfort to create the most positive versions from both of you and create the bond will be stronger.

I am still in the process of healing that does not stop.

A shift in perspective leads people to improve their engagement and behavior. One is able to view things from a sensitive and cautious perspective, while and not overlook the positive in every circumstance.

Make yourself healthy and well.

There is no one who is not on this journey. Always take it as the seasons.

Whatever way you prefer to look at it, do not let your obstacles drag you down.

Finally, an analogy that I’d use comes in the realm of animals. There is a time of rain and drought. During an era of drought, animals are unable to survive and for example. elephants can walk for hundreds of miles to find water using Matriarchal Memory. However when there is a lot of rain, there is plenty of grass, and the zebras and grazers are having a blast or a tough time since they continue to be prey to predators.
