Jess Irvine is a new folk-pop singer and is about to release “Electricity” her third single. we are ecstatic to host the exclusive launch in the AU.
“Electricity” follows “New Moon” and “Wild Wild Me” which both received national radio airplay. The track was created by Nashville’s Ben Kling (River Westin, Kathryn Hallberg). On this track included Mike Dwyer (The The Lumineers, Vance Joy).
This track is a huge cinematic vibe to it. There is a gentleness to the track as Jess sings about her innate desire to free herself from restrictions to reach satisfaction.

This is the third track I’ve worked with Nashville-based producer Ben Kling for. Ben is living in the middle of Americana and Folk and Country music and I am awed by the way that this sound is influencing the songs we’re creating together. We are working on everything remotely right now however I could definitely envision us recording an album one day at Nashville .
The track has the ear of a few of the best Irish folk singers, as well as the Nashville production influences. It’s an enjoyable mix. There’s a softness to the vocals that when combined with the awe-inspiring instrumentation is delightful. Jess Irvine feels destined to perform on stage.
