Chiloba announced in the last week on Instagram that he will advocate for the marginalized and shared his personal experience of the stigma of marginalization.
The body was found on Wednesday. One witness claimed that he saw someone leave an empty metal box at along the roadway driving that had no license plate. After being alerted, the police investigated the box and found the body.

Just four months after, they brutally killed his body in the most disgusting of ways. According to a post posted on the Instagram account Biubwa the heart of his victim is broken.
According to Biubwa’s account the deceased soldiered bravely in defense of his rights. His death was a huge loss to the majority of his supporters.
