Tech company Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference began on Monday. The company’s CEO Tim Cook launched its first mixed reality headset ‘Apple Vision Pro’.
This product connects the virtual and real world. Once worn on the head and placed on the eyes, the headset presents a screen in front of the user, in which every small task is done, as well as from entertainment to gaming. The Vision Pro can be controlled with eyes, hands and voice, Cook said.
The event will be held till June 9, many features and updates were announced on the first day.
Many Features in iOS 17
Cook informed that the company has included many new features in iOS 17. It will get features like live voice mail transcription, FaceTime message record, personalized contact poster. Apart from this, users will be able to send recorded FaceTime messages after getting iOS 17 update in the device if no one is picking up the call.
Will Get Journal App
iPhone users will get the new Journal app by the end of the year. In this, users will be able to write about daily routine, music, photos, location and activity.
World’s Thinnest Laptop
The company launched the MacBook Air with a 15.3-inch display. It is the world’s thinnest (11.5mm) laptop in the laptop segment with 15-inch display. It has 6 speakers as well as a 1080p camera for video calls. It has been given M2 chip, whose speed is 12 times more than Intel based MacBook Air.
Airdrop is Also Getting Updated
After updating AirDrop, a new feature called NameDrop will be available, so that you can easily transfer files by bringing a device close to you.
